Some people just can't be pleased.Port Royale is the best and most reasonably price rentals available in East Fort Lauderdale.Melissa,Odette,Chad,Debbie,Susan all the maintenance guys are the nicest and most accomodating people that you could ever ask for.Some people feel that they can be rude and order everyone around just because they pay rent.If you are unhappy here,good luck renting elsewhere.I have been here nearly 4 years and I couldn't be happier.Many people living here feel the same way.Those looking for perfection should remember that these are RENTAL UNITS.

I dont know who you are, but you're crazy. The staff is ridiculously rude, and have ignored every single concern that I've every addressed with them, which included a violent neighbor that I had to actually call the police over. They LITTERALLY ignored me, they wouldn't even apologize for the event - and believe me, they should have. The violent person was an EMPLOYEE of the Port Royale in the maintenance department. This guy was coked out of his head and he threaten to kill me because I asked him to turn his music down.
