I read all of these posts made by people living in Port Royale and I am reminded that some people just suck. If the people making all the complaints on here had any amount of net worth, they would stop bitching and buy something. I like the posts in which tenants say they can not wait until their lease expires so they can move out. News flash, we can't wait for you to move out! Go find some tiny little place you can afford and leave the rest of us alone to live in peace. Seriously, if you don't like it here, go back to New York or wherever it is you came from and leave Florida for decent people. I live in PR and the people in the office are nice, sometime unresponsive but nice all the same. Some people party, I know it stinks sometimes but how about taking some initiative for once instead of crying to the office. The grounds are well maintained, and the staff is alright. For those reading this looking to move into the community, certainly look into other places, but you will like it here if you decide on it. Also, I do NOT work for the property or its management company!
