I've only been living in Port Royale for a couple of weeks, but so far everything seems fine. The noise is minimal except for peak times on Friday and Saturday night when people are going out, visitors are comming and going, etc. My apartment is very clean and everything works perfectly. The grounds are well kept outside. In fact, when I was moving in they were spreading fresh mulch in all the flowerbeds. The rents are not high. My 1/1 apartment is on the water and I pay $1,200. Maybe that is alot to some people, but given that you will pay $1,000 a month to live pretty much -anywhere- in east Broward county, I don't see how Port Royale is overpriced. Overall, I'm very happy so far. I hope it stays that way.
