I lived in Port Royale for 3 years. 2 years was in Corporate housing. I have to agree with most postings that say the office staff leave much to be desired. When you walk into the office the only thing you are greated with is a look of "you are bothering me"....they all sit there in waiting to see who will wait on you first. Also, forget about having any phone call returned. I am in customer service myself and I know how people, customers, and tenants should be treated and Port Royale does not treat them (us) right. Maintenance staff and gate guards however are wonderful! The office staff could learn a thingn or two from these fine workers!
