I have been a resident for about 6 months, and i am counting down the days until i can get out of here. the apartment itself is not that bad, kind of cute, but i have had so many maintenance issues since i have been here. the maintenance staff is nice, and so are the guard gate people, but the people in the office have got to be the rudest bunch of lazy cows i have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. everytime i go in there for ANYTHING i am met with rudeness and a hurried and bothered response. noreen, the leasing director, is someone that you will want to avoid if at all possible. she is the rudest and most useless of them all, and she will not blink an eye when raising the price of things each time you inquire about them. she obviously skipped the day they went over 'treating the customer with respect' at her 6 week trade school seminar in customer service.
and if you want the answer to any question, go ahead and ask 2 or 3 of these people, as they will all give you a different answer, and it is up to you to decide which is the right one (do not think you won't get penalized for picking the wrong one). and do not even get me started on the gym that is so hot it doubles as a sauna, and the lukewarm, bee-filled swamp they refer to as the hot tub. this place leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. way overpriced.

Couldnt of been said better! They have serious issues, I am into Management and I am not looking at their records but I can tell you that tenant turnover is the highest I have ever heard of.

Oh my God, u read my mind. Noreen is a complete waste of oxygen, and has no clue how to deal with resident complaints. She is who they will stick you with on the phone if you ask for a manager...but she really has no authority. But have you had the pleasure of dealing with Christian? He is one of the biggest douche bags in South Florida. In fact, when you type in Douche Bag in Google, it will pull up a picture of Christian sitting at his Port Royale desk!!! This guy should not work anywhere near the public. I have had one too many encounters with him...all of which have been what I thought were simple issues. Instead I get a blank stare and an earful of rudeness. Run...don't walk...away from Port Royale.

I own a condo in The Tower for rent or purhcase. I used to live in the apts which are very small as compared to the condo which is nearly 1100 SQ Ft.
