I moved in about 5 weeks ago into a dirty, moldy apartment. There was severe water damage due to a leak by the window, and after bitching to the office staff for a month, they finally fixed everything on my list (including drywall repairs and carpet replacement). The apartment was not in move-in condition when I moved in (I think a pig litterally lived there before me), and I was completely inconvenienced the whole time they had to repair things that should've been done BEFORE I moved in! Also, they entered my apt. without ever notifying me they were coming! Now that I'm settled, I'm happy, but I hope I don't have to deal with the front office for anything else.

I own a condo in The Tower for rent or purhcase. I used to live in the apts which are very small as compared to the condo which is nearly 1100 SQ Ft.
