I have lived here for three years and have seen this place go compleatly down hill. I love my apartment but the grounds are a mess. It's mostly 20 somethings that live there they have dogs that ---- all over the place and they never clean up! The office staff are a bunch of lying bastards and the pools are always filthy from everyone partying,also litterd w/beer cans and don't even think about using the hot tubs they NEVER work and on a rare ocassion they do you would pick up some nasty disease from the skanks that use it.Too bad this could be an awesome place great location, geat appartments...what a shame. can't wait to move!!

Hi, I'm writing from Sydney, Australia. My husband, 3yo daughter and I are moving to Fort Lauderdale in March next year as Mark is working on a superyacht in Marina Mile. I know absolutely nothing about FL! I need to find a home for my family and a preschool for our daughter. Could anyone recommend a 2-3 bedroom place to rent (house, apartment, whatever at this stage!), also let me know roughly what sort of monthly rent is to be expected? We would really appreciate ANY help! Many thanks, Hope. PS - I read one review where there was a murder and drug users around Berkshire Apts! Is this what FL is like???
