I've been living here since 2006 and I love it. I rarely hear neighbors or cars, even though I live near the street. The place is very well maintained, the staff is friendly and the views of the inter-coastal are amazing. The only pests I've seen are a few tiny ants in my apartment that occasionally appear near the bathtub. Lots of dogs here with space to walk them.
After reading hundreds of negative reiews of S. Florida apartments, I thought I would write to note that there are great places to live.

I own a condo in The Tower for rent or purhcase. I used to live in the apts which are very small as compared to the condo which is nearly 1100 SQ Ft. If you are interested in seeing pic's or viewing I can be reached at patgeiger@earthlink.net This is a first class residence with all the amenities, covered parking, and a 1BR 1-1/2 bath on the 16th floor looking south at the ocean, intracoastal, and city.
