If you expect a nice place to live with working amenities, stay away from this place. Also, if you want to have a safe place to live, this is NOT the place. The place has filled up with the welfare type and crime has gone thru the roof!

The manager (Lynn) is the rudest blithering idiot I have ever met. If you're a/c breaks, count on it being days before it's fixed and also expect to get a hard time from her because she will think it is your fault.

Avoid the pool; unless you want a bacterial infection. I had their pools shut down twice last year for the lack of maintenance. Don't expect those useless gates to work either. The "ethnically challenged" will drive right thru them anyway.

This is an overpriced dump. Avoid at all costs.
