Years at this apartment: 1991 - 2004
 
I am still living here, for a few more months. Waiting on a new house. I have lived here since December 1991.
The place was new, well kept, and it felt secure. Over the last few years the property has slowly been degraded by the lack of authority, responsibility and quality of tenants.
Drugs, auto repair, constant noise, mixing families with singles and violence are the norm at Sailboat Pointe now.
