This place looks "pretty" now since they sold it off as condos. Do not be deceived. There are numerous structural problems with the buildings esp. the roofs which is causing significant water leakage in between apartments and subsequent mold. Significant ceiling damage in some of the apartments from the roof leaks. The roofs are not new contrary to what condo buyers were told. The staircases were just patched,the rusted parts knocked out and welding replaced the gaps.Near the ghetto and the previous owners
lowered the income limit to the point where a lot of unsavory types could rent here. The security gates have been nonfunctional since Dec. 2004 and there has been no security officer and often problems with the security lights for months now. Maintenance is a joke, unqualified personnel most of the time,that is if you can even find one anymore. Barriers between apartments very thin so can be very noisy depending on your neighbors. A lot of echo from the stairwell areas and parking lot. Alligators and water moccasin snakes in the lake. More than one reported rape at the pool/fitness center area. Stay away if you value your health and your life and your money.
