If it weren't for the goofy intrusive board that are shooting themselves in the foot by bringing property values down with their rigid invasive abusive condo laws - this place would be fantastic. When you wake up in the morning you feel like you're in paradise & happy to be alive the grounds and water view are so beautiful. People walking dogs, friendly, spacious place - but shame on the foolish decisions made by the board. All in all I'll put up with them and their lack of understanding of property values (they are hurting themselves.) With all being said - I don't care tht much about property values - it's a beautiful place to live.
