This is a PIT! I was so happy to get away- just a drug infested area- even the staff travels in twos, but when they leave, they LEAVE! All heck breaks loose. Management compasny is terrible- the "owners" arrive like they are royalty- really nasty people.

I beg to differ Cypress Grove is a community of hard working people,it is true that no matter were you live ther are going to be those that are trifeling. With that in mind you can't judge the many by the few.Cypress Grove is an excellant community that allows you the ability to save for your future and raise your family. As a matter of fact they just had a open baby shower for any and all expectant mothers in the area in which they gave away everything that a new born would need. Thank you Cypress Grove

I think someone in the office wrote this crap. This place is horrible. The manager mindy talks a good game. She is not like by anyone. I should have followed my mine and moved to the other property they have in Dania. The manager there he was so good. It made me feel welcome but it was a little to far but now I see it would have been worth it all. The drugs here are so crazy my daughter found a bag of crack in the halls. Someone must have dropped it. What if my child got into that bag. Oh yeah and lets not forget the man who drowned in the pool. No security. THIS IS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
