Good location, amenities are well maintained, and the administrative staff is awesome! Cons: Terrible reception in the area, no choice of internet provider, some doors around the complex don't lock and anyone can just walk in.

People have been very friendly. The apartment has a great layout, however the common areas not as clean as our previous location. The amenities are great and it is very quiet and relaxing to come home.

My overall experience it's good living at Solmar on Sixth. The neighborhood is close to all I need. Pool area is well kept, gym very organized and clean. It's only bad side it is a garbage issue they have and need to be settled.

I love how clean the grounds are! Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The area is very convenient for kids and family visiting because restaurants and shops are near. It is very close to las olas and the Fort Lauderdale beaches.
