manager don't care

the manager just don't care about anything that happen to the complex she tell everyone that the only thing she care about is her baby.... in the mean time the complex is having swerage we call them and all they do is uncover a the swerage cap so all the crap can flow out and this swerage problem has been going on for one month now ....the swerage is still uncover....
