You will probably get a great deal on your move in e.g. 2 months free! However, they will make sure you never see your deposit again! Before I moved out I spoke to 3 other tenants who were having disputes with Minto regarding the return of their deposit. I thought nothing of it, and on vacating my unit was unable to go thru the walk through with the maintenance. What a mistake!
They made amazing false accusations that they knew I was unable to contest (e.g they provided fake photos that could've been from any apartment). In the end I couldn't afford the stress and they had just taken the money anyway, so it would take an attorney to get it back. I know I'm not the only one, so don't be fooled! I have rented before but never been treated so badly by a landlord.

Don't go there.
