We used to Love it here but New Management has destroyed this complex

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved in with my husband and daughter in April 2005. We had to do everything but jump through hoops to get approved. We didn't mind, we loved it here and figured it would guarantee good neighbors and a great place to live. Before the year was up we were notified that Minto had sold the complex and they were turning condo. People started to move out as their leases came to an end. I guess the prices were too high because they were left with about 40 empty apartments. We were told that we could renew our lease but only for seven months at a time at a much higher price until they decided what they were doing, renting or selling. At this point all management does is give everyone the run around. They rent to anyone who walks in. My new neighbors are loud, let their teenagers hang out at all hours of the night on top of cars in groups yelling at the top of their lungs, I've seen my neighbors allow their friends to urinate on the trees no matter who was around, and I've been privy to one very special family argument that somehow went from the privacy of their home to the middle of the parking lot.
As if all of that wasn't bad enough when you call the leasing office they are extremely rude and can never give you a straight answer for anything. They completely disregard your privacy and have maintnance go into your apartment whenever they(mngmt)please.
And talk about no organization! They have everyones accounts mixed up. I know two of my neighbors were sent the wrong statements with private information belonging to another neighbor. At one point even we were told we owed around three months rent...I don't think so!
The garbage .....Mmmmmm let's just say since these people took over we now have a mountain of garbage for about 2 days on a weekly basis.
We used to love it here but now we can't wait for our lease to be up to get out!
