When I first moved in I was so happy with the apartment. The office staff has changed three times in under one year. You can leave messages at the office and hold your breath for a response. The fees for trash and water are ridiculous. You can drop off a check to pay your rent and when the LAZY office staff decides to check the mail they will post your check and charge you a late fee! Apartmentleaks through air vents when it rains, (this is Florida, it rains a lot,)pipes are loud, toilet hums. AC unit has a washable filter''' People do not curb their pets and you can find pee and poop in the stairwells. Management could care less about cleaning it. Every once in awhile you hear neighbors in the parking lot argueing/fighting, there is no security guard, they might tell you there is, but we have never seen one! People double park and you cannot get into your parking spot. There are much better apartment complexes in the area that are cheaper and better managed, with staff who have been there several years. Seems they keep bringing in new people to clean up the mess and it is just getting worse. I have seen many people moving out and more apartments becoming vacant. I won't be renewing my lease here.

I absolutely agree with these comments. I've lived here for more than 4 years and can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out. The water and trash fees keep going up and are "allocated" using some made up formula which can't even be legal! Do not move here, no matter how nice the pool looks or how big the balconies are! It's just not worth the hassle!
