The Villas at Lauderhil is currently owned and operated by IDM Management. They are consistent with poor customer service. The staff at their complexes are all related to one another, and inexperienced.
Conditions here include: never open swimming pool, residents are not permitted to use the tennis courts, there are several burglaries (check out sun-sentinel for June 19 2005 incident and others), shootings (I believe in March 2005), no screens on windows, rats, roaches, no lights on at night, horrible inefficient maintenance, frequent leaks, A/C issues that never get resolved, and so much more.
If you are looking to punish someone, move them to the Villas. If not, stay away. As long as IDM owns it, don't move there.
