I was a resident at the villas AT lauderhill. During the one year period I resided there I was truly not please with the customer service. The indivduals in the office was very disrespectful, they spoke to you as if i were not important. When I put my request in for maintances they would take weeks before some one show up and when they do some times they do nothing. The communication between the office staff is horrible. If you speak to one individual knowing that the messates will get to the manager it seems to never get there. When i approached the manager she seem clueless majority of the time. I can recall one eposide that truly convinced me to not renew my lease. The bathrooms' toliets overflooded again for the fifth time. I reported this to the office because of the severe odors and the unhealthy condition. They took two weeks to bring some one in to fix the probleam. I would call everyday or go to the office and hear the same thing over and over again, some one coming or we are back up with other situation. I felt as if I was not varied as a customer. Althought theY changed management the attitudes and the disrespect is still present. I have moveD for at least three months, have yet to received my deposit. I have call almost every day to hear excuses after excuses. I can honestly say I really regarded staying at the HORRIBLE VILLAS AT LAUDERHILL. I hope one day they can fix internal and external problems.
