The Villas at Lauderhill is the worst place to live. The office staff is so inconciderate,and so disrespectful and all have attitudes, especiallt the spanish chick with the messed up grill. One time I went in there to ask them to sign something saying I wasn't going to renew my lease and they refused to sign it,even the owner wouldn't sign it.It takes constant calling to have a maintanence guy come and "fix" something. I once went 10 days without ac and I had to go in and threaten to call Code Enforcement if they didn't fix it by the 10th day because it would then be against the law and they would have to pay a fine of $500 every day afterwards that the ac wasn't fixed so they fixed it on the 9th day. Also, while I resided there, some kids burned the office on fire.I could have taken them to court because they broke the lease after I moved out because it took them 20 days to return my money (lease is within 15 days) but when I got my money I didn't want anything else to do with them. DO NOT MOVE IN, I'm so glad I'm gone from that ghetto, nasty hell hole they call apartments.
