I see that there is one person that is giving new management a chance. It was someone from the office that wrote that review. I moved out of the Villas in April 2006. I gave new management a chance. They are no different. I have too many issues and too little space; so I will narrow it down to: I had leaks, mold, car towed after I complained, jumped off my bed at night due to gun shots in the back yard, jewelry stolen by staff, rent money credited to other apts., arguments with staff, water bugs galore, holes in the wall, no responses to complaints, someone using my washing machine in the back, chairs stolen off of patio, constant letters of eviction in "error", Deposit what deposit' They try to kick you out so they can keep your deposit. My rent was never late and I owed nothing and yet I was served with eviction papers 4 days before my lease ended! They did that for my deposit, and they are now messing with my credit! The owner is NASTY so do you expect the staff to be any different' They could build diamond tiles into the floor, Do you want to deal with management that is unprofessional and disrespectful. They steal and by the way they DEMAND that they have a copy of your keys. They enter your unit un-announced! The surrounding neighborhood is HORRIBLE.PEOPLE DIE AT THE VILLAS OF LAUDERHILL.

P.S. Hurricaine season is back and they never recovered from last year!!!!
