WARNING, DO NOT VISIT, LIVE IN OR PASS BY THE VILLAS. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF KILLAS. THE BUILDINGS ARE FALLING APART AROUND THE TENANTS. RATS AND ROACHES TAKE UP RESIDENCE. I CAN SAY HI TO MY NEIGHBOR BELOW THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM FLOOR. SHOOTINGS AND FIRES GALORE. NEED I SAY ANY MORE'
