Good Morning

I currently live there and absolutely HATE IT. Most of the tenants where I live at are filthy. They pretty much trick you into moving in. For instance. When I went to look at the apartment they told me that because of Hurricane Wilma this was the worst subdivision that got HIT and they are in the process of renovating. RIGHT. They sold me because I live in one of the remodeled apartment in the inside. Which is a half ass job. The AC does not work. Or should I say.. a Fan does a better job with the hot air. When you call the office to have them fix it.. The office sends a loved one to come over and say thats the way it was built. RIght.. Another thing in your lease your suppose to have an exterminator come once a month..Right.. Try not.. they will say they do and they dont ever come. Lets see since I have been there.. The commotion that has been going on, a DEAD body in the lake, Shootings at all times, Last week someone shot themselves or got shot at, whatever the point is another shootings at the villas, arrests should I continue. If you have a family with children I dont not recommend at all. Just because they take you in because of credit problems, past credit issues does not mean that they are the only place. Research.. Research.. I have left several messages, written letters, and have not had any response. Be aware.. They still live in the ancient time. They only except money orders for Rent. No checks, automatic deduction..
They are also supposedly renovating the buildings on the other side. I have seen workers working diligently for about a month. I also saw 3 security guards for about a month. This was 2 months ago. They have stopped working no more security guards. I can give you 1 guess why is that. Because they pocketing money. They were not paying theyre workers. Again that is why this was the only subdivision that has not been fixed. Because the money they received from the city to renovate after the Hurricane was not and will not be used to fix it up. Im not going to be any someone's parent and say do not move in. Heck maybe the Villas will be right for you if you like to live in that filthy and unsafe environment. Im just saying Research and be aware. Go around and look for yourselves.
