I lived in the villas for one year from 2006 to 2007 at the time i was pregnant and had myy baby right before I left. I had rats crawling through my walls keeping me up all night. when I complained two months later a guy came and put down bait.my water heater began to leak in the apartment below me. the rude tenants came and knocked on my door at 4 in the morning instead of calling the manager. they came and fixed the problem and left a hole in my wall for the nasty rat to come through. in came through my sons wall and died in the middle of his floor he was so frieghtened. The air conditioner never worked until the last three months i was there. The unit needed to be replaced and one nice guy finally did it for me. So I was pregnant and hot and worst of all my baby had to suffer. When my lease ended in june 2007 I left and cleaned up my apt. like I was surposed to. I was awarded my security deposit back in a letter they wrote me. three months and continuing I still have not recieved my money back. they say the manager who signs the check had a death in the family and has not been there but being the unprofessionals that they are they didn't assign the task to someone else. I send my sympathy but please give me back my money. I beg you do not move to the villas.
