When my wife and I moved in, there were Jaguars, Cadillacs, and Lexus cars in the parking lot. Now, you see spinners, bondo, and cars up on jacks. They've gone way downhill. If you do move in here, remember to call FPL and have your energy efficiency assessed. We finally got the apartment company to fix our AC unit after we got the report from FPL... our electric bill went from $210/mo to $425/mo because their AC units are more than 10 years old and they wouldn't fix them until I had a report from FPL. Rent also went from $1,500 for 2/2 to $1,200 for the same space. For us, the final straw was finding a used condom behind my car one morning on my way into work, an empty beer bottle in the grass 10 feet away from that, and a drug dealer the night before.
