I currently live. for the most part this complex is great. very quiet and no hassels. But as of 2006 all the lease renewals have been raised 15% ($190.00) and gave my family 15days to notify them. I optioned to move out of my lease. But due to personal problems I repectfully called the office to request that they keep my deposit which is equivalent to the last months rent.. to give me the ability to appropriate my moneys to make a move since they gave me short notice. They refused. even threatend putting an eviction on me credit. Your treated like scum when they don't need you, but treat you like Kings when they during your lease!
