I lived here for two years and I didn't have any major problems. Management is reasonable and respond to maintenance requests pretty quickly. Seemed to be pretty safe, a lot of cops live there; the only down side was the amount of parking available. A lot of people in 1 br have 2-3 cars and it gets annoying when you have to park farther away.
