At first I liked living there but each year they raise the rent by 20-25%. Over a three year period I wound up paying $220 more per month than when I first moved in for the same apartment with no upgrades to any of the appliances. They also charge unreasonable fees for water and trash removal. There are many places just as good for better prices. I moved out and found a condo that is 500 sq. ft. bigger for $350.00 month less in Plantation. Also parking was a big problem. People with 1 bedroom apts had 2 or 3 cars. When I complained to the management they did absolutely nothing and told me to park in another section. The management acts like they could care less until you tell them you're moving out and THEN they want to come down on the price.
