Simply superb! - We have been here for 10 months and think this is an outstanding community, very well managed, great maintenance staff, very clean. It is also beautifully landscaped, has a wonderful pool. Probably not enough functioning grills at once. Parking is abundant, we always park on our level with a short walk to our apartment. DO NOT MOVE! Falls at Marina Bay is ridiculous! You can wake up at 3am in the morning with extremely annoying fire alarm for no reason. I had lived in Falls at Marina Bay for a year and it happened more than 5 times. Even fire fighters are complaining about that place.

Not as bad as the reviews say. It's a nice building, well maintained. Price is normal for the area. On the weekends the building can get a little noisy in the garage but what do you expect, its near the nightclubs, most people walk to them so they don't have to drive drunk.
