I've lived in Ashlar over a year and have had no problems. The gates are a little wacky but I have NEVER felt unsafe. I've left my door unlocked, my car window down, and remained safe. This is a working class area. I cant speak on every building in Ashlar because its a huge development, but my area was well kept. No bug issues and most people pick up their poop. I would recommend it.
You people need to be honest, some people really use these postings to make their living decisions.
