My husband and I have lived here since Nov '07, and we love it! As I wasn't here for the old management I can't compare the new with the old, but the one now is great! They are very nice, and very helpful if you need anything. I read the other posts and they said there was a problem with their electric bills, but for my 1/1 we pay about $70. There was also a post about the mailboxes, they hit the nail on the head in saying its a guessing game when you move in. As for maintenance, when we first moved in our garbage disposal was making a noise like metal grinding on metal, but they fixed it same day. We live in one of the renovated units, and it is very updated,(ie. new sinks, new tile (ceramic tile, not vinyl), new carpet, new counter tops...), and we only pay $749 water/sewer/garbage (which runs about $45). The fitness center is pretty nice, and we never have problems with neighbors. All in all its a great place, and a great location. I highly recommend renting here!

Wait, how much do you pay??? Am I reading correctly that you live in a rennovated 1/1 for $749 plus water/sewer/garbage? I would very much like to know, since I am living in an UN-rennovated 1/1 for $770 plus water/sewer/garbage. Please reply back!
