Landscape looks like crap, the gates are broken most of the time...therefore defeating the purpose of being a gated community... the exercise room is ill-equipped, and the trash area is constantly overflowing. *Edit Feb 2011* While emptying my trash yesterday I noticed that the trash compactor is actually falling apart. Also, several weeks ago all the pet waste bag stations were empty. The only reason we stay is because our individual unit is OK and moving sucks.

The things you mention.... The gates, the exercise room.... Those issues have been present forever. I lived there from 2005 through 2008 and those were always an issue, in addition to pool issues, only landscaping in the front where prospective residents could see. The poop bag stations were always empty of bags... Not that many of the residents with dogs actually picked up after their pets. At a glance, the place looks like a charming place to live. Unfortunately, that charm only goes skin deep.
