Almost all of the amentities that are supposed to be offered at College Club are not. First of all, it is supposed to be a gated community. There's a gate...but it's broken. It was not broken the whole year, but when it wasn't broken it still was never closed..EVER! They also claim to have volleyball and basketball courts. The volleyball court is a little bit of sand placed right next to the pond (which has alligators in it). Its a sorry excuse for a court and I have NEVER seen a basketball court. And if you want a fully operating gym...this isn't the place to go. About 1/3 of the equipment works. Just about everything promised is not availible. As if the rent wasn't already out of the roof, nothing that you're paying for is availible.

There is more crime at these apartments than I have ever heard of in one place in my life. I have lived here for about 10 months and have heard of overdoses, fights (with weapons), rapes, and robberies. It's absoultely ridiculous. I should be able to feel safe at all times. My parents were uneasy about me going away in the first place, but after hearing all of the things going on here they are even more worried than before. At night time, I advise you to never walk alone. There are shaddy people walking around all of the time and its just not safe at all. I have heard College Club referred to as the "ghetto" more times than I can count.

I know that there aren't many options for students living wise especially with the shortage in on-campus housing, but look into other places a little bit more before staying here.
