ive lived quite a few places on my own since i've been to college. i know u cant expect quiet and top quality when u live in a college apartment complex, but safety i do expect. when u go into the office to sign a lease they r super nice and the models are beautiful and they will do anything to help and move things along. i've lived in college club for about 2 months in that time more has happened then i could ever expect. someone has been stabbed, to many over doses to count, 2 people i know have been robbed at gun point, more fights then imaginable and to top it off my room was broken into. college club doesn't believe my roommates and i so they have decided that moving me from my apartment is unnecessary. i've asked them to move because i don't feel safe, and at first they said they were plenty of places to move me. the reporter from ABC news contacted me and said he wanted to help find the guy that held me at knife point. college club said that because i went on the news i "pissed them off" so they changed their mind, they don't want to assist me. the management hasn't even been to my apartment to check anything out since the incident. they just plan and simple don't care. don't get me wrong it's not only me they don't care about. they girl upstairs was thrown on the ground by her roommate and they wouldn't move her. the exit signs outside have been down and the wires have been hanging out since i moved in. in the next bldg over all the lights outside are broken on the second floor and have been for months. a railing was down and they didn't find it a necessity to fix over the weekend. the pool has had glass beer bottles all along the bottom and they don't drain the pool. i could cont. but i think u get the point. funniest part of the whole thing, apparently the 2 managers are not allowed to give out any information about the owner or any one else we can talk to. but to be honest if i was running such a horrible place i wouldn't want my boss knowing either.

you are so right! And I heard about what happened to you, it was bad. I can't believe that this is like this here, its crazy! If you go to the Lee County Sheriff site and look at how many times they are out here, they are out here over 500 times in the past 3 years!! That is outragous!!! And the things they are here for are things like gun shots, robberies, stabbings, not just area checks!!

this is bogus yea a bunch of bad stuff went on but most of it was just college kids partying and the cops came for people complaining about noise if you didnt like the fact then live on campus or do your research about a place before you move in. i lived there for over a year and i can count on one hand how many times somebody overdosed or guns were fired most of the time you could see them shooting into the back pond just to shoot and they had a permit to carry. yes some unfortunate events happened but dont trash on a place that is so fun!

Avoid them at any cost; I came to this place from Sweden to study. It is just a bunch of criminals gathered in one place. But the biggest criminals are the idiots working and managing these complexes. They steal your money and I paid aprox. 5000$ to these A**holes just because I was from Sweden and was required to pay in advance. They are so F-cheap that you have to pay them a living otherwise they would not survive, since they do not have any real business they will steal it from you. One time the retarded woman who by the way is one of the managers sent me a 12 hour notification that I have to clean the apartment when the roommates where the ones that had messed it up. I took it to her to tell that I am going to sue the living crap out of her and she took the paper and hid it so I could not use it as evidence and then threatened to call the cops because she ???felt??? that was a threat. It was the funniest ---- ever. The funniest part is that they make their money from their apartments being empty, very few people actually stay there when they find out what is going on. I am surprised they are still in business. If they steal from you too, sue them. Trust me you will win and make a lot of money. Take my advice, avoid it if you can. PS. There is nothing college about this place. This is more like PRISON CLUB APARTMENTS (runned by broke Russians)...
