I have been living here for 2 years...going on 3. The first year I had a wonderful experience. The next year it seemed like the property was overtaken by a bunch of wannabe criminals. These people have moved out or have been evicted. I know that College Club pays for full duty Lee County Sheriffs to patrol on random nights. I have already noted a big change in the property since this summer. I pay my rent on time and keep my unit clean. The office staff has always been more than helpful. Most of the people who complain about fees and other things never pay their rent on time, keep pets, and violate many of the rules. There will always be parties here, but it seems things are changing for the better. The horrible element that ruined it last year is gone and from the looks of things the management and police are going out of their way to keep it that way. I love being next door to the mall and work.
