FACT: This place is run by an organized crime syndicate. Your gonna find frat boys here involved in drug rings which ultimately lead to O.D.s and soroity girl date rapes across the board throughout the year. I was stuck with a homosexual roomate who became obsessed with me. My queer roomate tried to set me up and planted suspicous things around my apartment and in my room (not sure how he got in there) cause I'm not a ---. I found poetry that this guy wrote about how much he hates me! I spoke with the police on several occasions about this as well as our corrupt management and now I am the one who is getting eviction notices! The police have told my roomate to move out and management that they cant do anything about it. I've paid my rent on time for a year with zero problems or complaints! They just moved in this ------ a couple months ago!I dont buy or sell drugs, I'm not a --- like the manager Jean and my roomate are, and I am a productive moral member of this town..... Your gonna find people constantly war driving around this place and tapping into the wireless networks that are in each individual apartment. These idiot college students call themselves hackers and go around crashing computers across the complex for what ends who the hell knows. This place is run by the mob.

Are you serious? First get back on your meds.....then float back down to reality. Be careful I think the Alien crime syndicate might be trying to hack your brain at this very moment!!!! Total moron.

Jean is big into drugs though that is true. And his own roommate died a few months ago from an od and they didnt even think to look for him until his room started to stink. Probably because they were too busy getting high and drunk at the pool. I was at the pool several times while they were doing this stuff.... bottom line he's a loser and so is the rest of the management at College Pub as I like to call it.

Is there a video of you cutting RJ45 cables behind the wall plates in the computer lab...or am I just good at guessing?

I have lived here for oalmost two years and have never had the problems that you are talking about. The office staff has always been more than helpfull to me. I got great roommates whom i know that ill be friends with for a verry long time. OBVIOUSLY if you are having the problems you stated then they are your fault and probably caused by your own actions. Learn to take responsibility for your self before you start accusing people of being "drug dealers" or of having "drug problems".

Jean does not do drugs, nor is he a drug user. When he lived there he did drink in his time off work, and guess what...when most people get out of work they do the same thing. This person sounds like a delusioinal weirdo.

I don't agree that the place is ran by organized crime, but I do believe the staff is less than helpful. When I moved in here, I was told over and over that it was only one person per bedroom. Now granted, I had my boyfriend over plenty of nights, but when my one roommate's boyfriend started living with us and eating our food, we started complaining. After a few days of always being there, he literally started asking my roommate and I personal questions about our sex lives and was overall really weird and kind of scary. We would go complain to Jean because we did not feel comfortable even going out of our bedrooms into OUR living room that we paid rent for because we were too freaked out by him. Despite complaining literally close to twenty times, he still remained in the apartment for three months, running up our bills and using all of our stuff. On top of that, when they finally did move out, they moved out right before the electric bill came in- it was 300 dollars for the month! We went and talked to management as we never had such high bills and thought it was unfair to have to split it between the three of us when she had purposely run it up- turning the air conditioner down to under 60 degrees (and getting all of us sick) and doing other stupid stuff- and they said there was nothing they could do. Our mail went missing, and they said there was nothing they could do. We said we were scared to live in our own apartment, and they said there was nothing they could do.... noticing a pattern?? And then on top of that, I was the only one to renew my lease. I asked the apartment to close the vents in the other three rooms as no one was staying there, and they said they would but never did- I ended up having to pay over 100 dollars for an electric bill for 10 days! I went and complained about it, telling them that I had asked them to close the vents- and one window was even open in one of the rooms- and they never did. All they said was too bad and that I had to pay it or risk getting evicted....
