I can tell you as the guarantor for two that live on the premises that I am disgusted too! Staff continuously come into the apartments randomly checking the rooms as if it were a dorm on campus. They claim it is because of reports of violations occurring which gives them the right to go into the apartment without prior notice to investigate. It is harassment and invasion of privacy and they are breaking the law as far as I'm concerned;the law requires a warrant do they not' I am glad residents are voicing their experiences! Furthermore, when requesting to terminate the lease early they say you have to advertise it and the those who want to rent will have to pay them and go through the same process as if they rented it. They are not willing to work with you and don't let the kindness of the staff and the model fool you either! Parents beware where you are putting your children to live to go to school. Anyone, any age can live there and the staff think their the law enforcement. You or your children will end up living with strangers that are not compatible as they claim they match you to; its insulting. My daughter has had the police raid her apartment because of what they assigned her as a roommate was engaged in criminal activity. Caution, this is not what they say it is; and I'm sure the one who claims it is bogus claims is a staff member as it sounds "just" like him to say what he said.
