My stay at college club has been a very plesant one. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, no matter what the concern. I currently drive, but they offer a shuttle to the campus and to the grocery which is very nice. The premesis has great amenities including a tanning bed, hot tub, pool, fitness center, free coffee (which is great in the morning), car wash, game room, movie rentals, 24hour computer room, study room, vending machines.. . and I take advantage of them as much as I can. I love that the community is gated and that you have to get permission to come in, it really makes me feel safer.
Recently there was an issue in my apartment, I called with a maintenance request and they were there to fix it that same day. I cant say that for other places I have lived where I had to wait for simple repairs. The living space is very adequate, and very nice that it is furnished as well. Everything from grocery to movies to beach are all right close, which is really conveniant for the budgeted college student.

I love college club, and wouldnt want to live anywhere else

Geee.... can't imagine who wrote this.... you are either on drugs like 90% of those who live there or you are one of the "new" managers. Don't believe this one folks!!!

i second that response this review is a load of BULL if the gates ever worked maybe they wouldnt have so many issues with break-ins and knife fights...

Well our daughter just moved in and we had a maintenance issue with the water and we called the maintenance hot line on a Friday night. They were at the apartment within 20 minutes fixing the problem. They were very nice and efficient. And no, I am not a member of management, just a parent of a student at FGCU paying rent. The apartment was very clean and the furniture in great shape. I have been very impressed from the registration to the move-in with the professionalism of the staff at College Club and would recommend it to other parents. Nothing negative at all to report to date.
