Well our daughter just moved in and we had a maintenance issue with the water and we called the maintenance hot line on a Friday night. They were at the apartment within 20 minutes fixing the problem. They were very nice and efficient. And no, I am not a member of management, just a parent of a student at FGCU paying rent. The apartment was very clean and the furniture in great shape. The whole apartment had new carpet and fresh paint. I have been very impressed from the registration to the move-in with the professionalism of the staff at College Club and would recommend it to other parents. Nothing negative at all to report to date. It's a great place and much much nicer than a dorm.

wait until you move out and then about 3 years later they will tell you there was damage and you owe $1000.00....it has happened to EVERYONE I know that has lived there. Of course you dont have any documentation years later because you think all was well...then they get ya.
