This is the worst place to live. I have never met such uncaring and greedy people as the College Club staff. I met one great roommmate whom I plan on moving in with very shortly but another roommate was thrown in out of nowhere who is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! She told us she was clean and quiet (it's already loud as hell outside 24 hours a day, we don't need anymore noise!). She totally lied to us. For three months - including midterms and finals weeks, we have had 7-10 people in the apartment until 6 in the morning, otherwise - they stay the night! They eat our food, steal our things and completely harass and bully myself and my other roommate. Because myself and my "good" roommate are white, and they are black, when we complained to the office (4 times!) and complained to relatives and anyone else for help - they began claiming it was a racial issue. Black, blue, red, green, white, yellow or pink - coming home to harassment, "go to hell" written on your white board, stolen items and absolutely no possibility of sleep is horrendous. I have never been in a worse situation in my life. Even though they are blatantly violating College Club's leasing agreement, and College Club has every right (as stated in the lease) to remove such violators, they lied to our faces stating that not only could they not remove our roommate, but they also could not terminate our lease. So we had to go - even though we were there first. College Club does not care about its residents at all - no security, rape is a recurring thing in this neighborhood. They only care about money and who they can con into staying here. It is not worth the massive amount of money they require you to pay in such a terrible place. Fights break out every night outside my apartment, there's puke in the stairwell, people lighting your garbage on fire right outside your front door - it is literally hell on earth. The air conditioning in the apartments does not work in all the bedrooms, and when it gets hot as balls and you try to turn it down, College Club fines the mother out of you. DO NOT LIVE HERE (unless you truly do not care about your self preservation and rights as a human being).
