Overall, not a BAD place, but definatly not quality. The managment only stays in touch with the tenents they like to drink and hang out with. The maintenance crew is really good and are almost always swamped with repairs but they get it done in a timely fashion. If you don't want to be screwed out of your hard earned money, make sure you DEFINATLY register your vehilcle with the office and don't let it break down on you and have it parked there for a period of time without moving or they WILL TOW YOU WITHOUT HESITATION!!! I saw them put a big, hard to remove sticker on someone's motorcycle tank and he had a heck of a time getting that off without messing up his paint. Overall, just a place that likes to make money by screwing it's tenents.

totally correct- awfull overall and way over prices-sorry I renew my lease at the begining of the year- but come next year.. I'm out of here asap!!! Lately the new tenants are a group of drunks, noise makers, cops visit every week ...just terrible.. used to be real good back in 2004/2005 but than you had quality manegement/tenants.
