When we first moved here we liked it. We even recommended two couples that are friends of ours to move here. It all just went downhill. This place is horrible. We can't wait to move out of here. We are excellent tenants. We pay our rent either early or right on time. We are a clean family with two kids and two dogs. This place is way too expensive for what you get. They don't take care of the grounds here. Our dogs have gotten hookworms from this place TWICE now because they let dogs move in here without a shot record and let them go everywhere. It is unsafe, poorly lit, dirty, noisy, overcrowded, and a living nightmare. They have towed my car illegally; even the police and tow truck driver that took my car said I should hire an attourney. They've given us notices for things we don't do (like suposedly leave trash bags on our porch, which we NEVER have done before),and had maintenance out here so many times I can't count... and it's never fixed right. We've paid $1300 in deposits for our two dogs and a security deposit. We know that because we call and complain about things here, when we move out they will probably try to keep all of the "refundable" deposits. We've accidently had a window broken by kids outside and the maintenance staff tried to say WE did it. We had to pay for our porch to be rescreened in one spot and it's falling apart again for the third time. People double and sometimes TRIPLE park their cars, boats, trailers, etc. in the already sparse parking spots and nothing is done about it. Parties go all night here. People throw beer bottles and trash off their third floor porches. Garbage removal here is a catastrophe because the compactors hardly ever work, so when you try to leave your bags outside the compactor, they say they'll fine you. Where do you put it' The walls inside the apartment are cracking at the ceilings. People speed around in here at 40 miles an hour when the posted limit is 11. We seen so much here I can't even recall all of it, but if you're reading this, please don't move here. This is a horrible place to live. When we get our income tax check back this year, we're out of here forever!
