NOTICE ON DOOR EVERY DAY!!!

I have lived in Gulfstream Isles for one year....only because they would not let me renew my lease. Let me start from the very beginning. When I first came here they seemed very nice and organized and the place was kept up to par. So I signed up with them. Within the first week I received a notice on my door because of noise out on the patio. Later I was to receive notices for "flicking a cigarette into a bush and igniting a fire with the mulch". They also tried to evict me because of my cat, my friend not being on the lease and for staying at the apartment for a few weeks. They left notices on my door because a trashbag was left outside my door for approx. 4 hours since I was cleaning my apartment and taking the trash down to the dumpster all at once. I also received a notice because the rent was late by 2 days because I work alot I was to be evicted. I am moving out in 30 days because I received a notice on my door that stated I was not allowed to renew my lease nor go month to month which is not what the lady in the office told me in the first place. She said it was never a problem to go month to month and I would just pay market rate for the apartment. I go down to talk to the girls in the office about WHY I can't go month to month. They claim that it is up to their opinion whether I can stay at their community based on a review of my file. So I asked them what the criteria was to determine this and they said that it is also their right not to disclose why I can't live there. So I have to be out within 28 days and I'm building a house in the middle of this. Big inconvience not helpful at all. The girls in the office are big dumb idiots that act like their God and oh yeah I had a water leak in the middle of my wall between the closet and the washer and dryer and it flooded my entire closet. The place is not CBS construction, it's wood so when you walk you can hear it shake through the walls. There's been water leaks by the windows and there is brown residue on all the windowsills. The toilet leaked and I reported it immediately. Guy that fixed it didn't really fix it because I had to call him back out 4 days later. My monthly water bill for that month because of them not fixing the toilet 3 times came to $195. The AC units are old and dilapidated and I asked for them to be replaced since my bills are between $140 and $215 a month. They refused and simply said it was because I wasn't changing my filters. However I was and I still have high bills. Every problem could you possibly encounter has happened at Gulfstream Isles. Now I read the lease agreements left to right top to bottom. I can't believe how they have scammed me. Oh and one other thing, a few of a my friends live here and they discriminate. If you look odd or "different" or the poorer families and latinos are all put in the "older" section of the 936 apartments. The older section is separated by a speed bump in the road on red cedar drive and also by the tennis courts. They put only the young or richer people in the "nice" section which is by their leasing office. One last thing the appliances in my building are so old I've never even heard of the names of them. The microwave is so old that if you want to cook something for 5 minutes you have to enter 10 minutes to cook it the same at high power. Crappy crappy appliances.
