I am not even staying here for the entire lease, this place is AWFUL!! when i first moved in i kept complaining b/c of a terrible smell, i called them at least a dozen times and they informed me that it may b/c of how i live I DONT THINK SO!! im one of the cleanest people on this earth, well after a couple of months my garbage disposal exploded all over my kitchen and come to find out it was soo old that it was not getting rid of the nasty crud in there, that was the smell.. i then got a notice on my door that if i have a tire on the grass one more time i was gonna have to leave..WHAT THE HELL IS THAT..i called them and told them that someone keeps putting garbage around my door and i dont want be charge for this b/c its not my fault, well guess what i got a couple days later, a notice..WHATEVER..i have 3 different friends that live here, my one friends apartment her water heater caught fire and her porch is about ready to crumble..my tub and toliet leaks they wont fix it, my water bill is soo high and no one has enough hot water to take a shower.. i would much rather live in the pits of hell then this piece of crap..i will be soooo happy to get out of there.. ohh also when i first moved in it look as if the painter just went through and sprayed the paint all over the walls, paint on the floor weird pieces of tape everywhere absolutly insane...if anyone is smart they will not live here, it may seem cheap but its b/c its the worst place in the world to live!! as you read the others no one likes to live here the people that write good things are probably the people who manage the place..BE SMART!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!
