Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived at gsi 1 year 2002-2003 in a 1 bedroom one, i paid 570 a month i moved because i found and other place 2 bedroom water included 595$ a month( i mile down on summerlin), but that was a mistake at least Gsi checks the units they dont let 9 people stay in a 2 bedroom apartment, i m at Palms West Apartments now its a joke, noise, kids dirty 5 to 10 person in a unit, i miss gsi, only problem i had with gsi was parking, distance to washers & trash plus WET after rain (i had to almost swim to my car couple of times.. ) the money you pay the service you got
