I have been living here since August and I recently got a dog. I didn't know that in the contract it said you can't leave dogs unattended in the patio (MY FAULT.)But because of one little incident I received 2 violations without warning. The reason why I got 2 violations is because we went fishing the night before and forgot a bucket of bait in the back yard with water in and the dog was outside, he tipped it over by a mistake and there was a nasty odor (I MESSED UP.). The lady from downstairs claimed that my dog was peeing all over the patio and it was running on to her patio which was causing her screen to get messed up. I wash the patio every week with soap and that's what's running down her screen. I was told when I first moved here that we are allowed to clean the patio, so I wash it every other day. They are saying that we are NOT allowed to do that. The reason why the lady downstairs is complaining is because the water doesn't drain into the grass it runs down the patio but that's not my fault. I feel like I have been descriminated against so I really don't receommend this place to anyone. 7 months living here never had a problem and they are going to give me 2 violations in one shot that's messed up why not a warning and i'll guarantee you it won't happen again.
