This is an awful place to live! Great location, decent price, but awful customer service!! They will act nice and friendly up front, but once you're in, they could care less about you as long as you pay your bills on time. My wife and I were forced out because they would no longer allow me to live there. It was the most assanin thing I have ever heard. My wife was allowed to stay, but I had to leave. I had excellent renter history with them for 2 years, but I never was approved to be on my wife's lease when I terminated mine. I just moved into my wife's place. Once they found out, they threw me out. My wife and I are happy to be out of there!! We hate moving, but we hated living there even more. I wouldn't recommend this community to my worst enemy.

I agree with your review. GSI is the worst!! They love to keep deposits.
