ATTENTION TO ALL POTENTIAL RENTERS:
PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST AND BELIEVE THEM, THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!!! I WAS ONE OF THE POOR RENTER THAT WAS VICTIMIZED BY THE "NAZIS" MANAGEMENT OF GSI. IF I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING, THEN I SHOULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF FROM THE GSI "TORTURE". AND NOW THAT I AM OUT OF THAT "CONCENTRATION CAMP" I AM DETERMINED TO SPREAD THE WORD HOW GSI MANAGEMENT TREAT THEIR RENTERS!!! I WILL SAY AGAIN, AGAIN, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND IF ITS A POSITIVE REVIEW - THEY ARE THE GSI EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES PROBABLY INSTRUCTED BY THE MANAGER TO MAKE "NICE" REVIEWS OR THEY WILL BE FIRED OR MAYBE ITS THE MANAGER HERSELF WRITING THE UNTRUE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THERE IS NOTHING TO SAY GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE AND THEN AGAIN, I WILL SAY PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM GSI.

I would llike to thank everyone who has posted a review concerning these apartments. I am currently in the process of moving to Ft Myers from NC and is looking for a comfortable place to stay. I read 40 of the 74 reviews and I just had to stop, I believe that anytime several person take the time to write a full comment than there is a problem somewhere with this property. Once again thank you.

You need to think twice before believing all the negative comments. Most people take the time to complain, but not to compliment. There are 2 sides to a story. Believe me, if you move to Florida or want to rent in Fort Myers, there are plently of "whiners". It isn't as bad as the comments appear. Please see the place and meet the staff before making a judgement. I do not work for GSI either!

happyflarenter, if you don't work for GSI why are you going through so much trouble to defend the place? Unless you really do work for GSI/TGM associates. There are over 70 reviews on this website about GSI and the majority of them are negative. GSI has more reviews posted on this website than any other apartment complex in Fort Myers. That should tell you something. For anyone looking to rent here I suggest you look somewhere else unless you want to put up with a bunch of crap every day. If you don???t believe the reviews try talking to the people that live here they will tell you how bad this place really is.

Oh please...I lived there a year before moving to the Cape and had no probs whatsoever. I even got my full deposit back without them taking a very hard look at the place. I've lived in some dumps before, and this was far from that. Granted, it wasn't like living the high life or anything, but for the price, what more are you asking for? I work for a company in which a handfull of employees live there. No major issues from any of them either. Remember, there are hundreds that live there and you're hearing from a few crazy people that call them "---- management". Get a life guys....go play with your video games or read your comic books.
