I've been a resident here for over two years now and i honestly can not complain about alot. Yes, its true the buildings are older but the rent here us alot cheaper then the newer communities. As far as the maintenance, i found out that there is only 8 guys that are taking care of the entire community and i think that is amazing. So i really can't complain about them taking a day to fix something minor. As far as the staff they are pretty good from my experiences, i always keep in mind that their job could be as frustrating as mine when it comes to people yelling at them all the time.(They just need to breathe every once in a while) As far as the people that are talking bad about the community they had to either be a rule breaker and destroyed their apartment or the just have nothing better to do with there lives then complain and at that point they need to just buy a house that way they can only complain about themselves.

I am too a satisfied renter and do not work for GSI. Perhaps, if you treat the employees with respect, you get respect!

I have to agree with most of the negative reviews. I lived at GSI for two years and can honestly say that I have either experienced some of the same problems myself or know someone that has. From my experience the office staff was always nice until there was a problem with the apartment and then their attitude quickly changed. They always had an excuse for everything and management rarely returned phone calls. I always treated the office staff and management with respect but did not always get respect back. Maintenance always did a good job with what they had to work with. There were a lot of things that should have been replaced. However, GSI only allowed them to do cheap patch jobs. Happyflarenter, just because someone has nothing good to say about the complex does not mean they are a rule breaker or they destroyed their apartment. I was a good tenant and took good care of my apartment and still had a ton of problems while living there. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The rent is cheap but I would rather pay a little more some where else and deal with less headaches. Oh, I noticed that you took the time to comment on several other reviews posted on this website. It surprises me that you would actually go through the trouble of defending this place if you are just a renter. Are you really a happyflarenter?
